Hi Rikuncy. The word emotion can be translated in Japanese in several ways. We often say 「感動した kandou shita 」means I was touched/moved. for example 「あのマンガすごい感動したよ ano manga sugoi kando shitayo」means I was really touched by that manga. It might sound a bit strange, it's quite natural in conversation. Another example 「感情的になる kanjyouteki ni naru」means get imotional/worked up. 「そんなに感情的にならないでよ son nani kanjyouteki ni naranai deyo」means Don't get worked up that much. emotion =　感情（かんじょう）、感動（かんどう）、情緒（じょうちょ）、 心情（しんじょう）、感情の動き（かんじょうの　うごき）etc.
