Is "왜 인생이 이렇게 너무 힘들어?" the correct way of asking "Why is life so hard?" in Korean?
I'm currently learning Korean by myself and struggle a lot with sentence structures/grammar, so any help is appreciated!

Yes, it means "why is life so hard," but adding "이렇게" says "why is life so hard this way?"
Either way you're expressing the message that life is hard but putting "이렇게" adds another implication.
