For example, 「ぱっと見普通の女性に見える」or 「ぱっと見誰だか分からない」
Does anybody have any good way to say these than "at a glance"?

In this context, "at first glance." Might be better than "at a glance." So the translation would be, "At first glance she looks like a regular woman."
