You could say 'There's a tree among the trees.' which is grammatically correct but is confusing. There's a tree amongst some other trees. - this makes more sense, as you are talking about the same thing, trees.

There is a tree among the trees, or There is a tree in the street (field).

Among the trees is the correct one If you want to use in you could say (There is a tree in the garden)
