Unfortunately, Korean words are not easy to write using the roman alphabet. The pronunciation is so drastically different that "romanized" Korean words cannot reasonably reflect the original word's sound or meaning. In addition, romanization is not quite fully standardized (the technical standard exists but people don't know or care about it much), so there are often many different variations for the same word. Anyway, here's how you can romanize the words you listed. 감사합니다 -> kam-sa-hap-ni-da (breaking it into syllables) -> kamsahamnida (in one smooth word) 고맙습니다 -> ko-map-sup-ni-da -> komapsumnida 아닙니다 -> ah-nip-ni-da -> animnida 회사원 -> hoe-sa-won -> hoesawon (There are also sites that romanize Korean words for you, like http://roman.cs.pusan.ac.kr/input_eng.aspx) As for the pronunciation of ㅂ, it is somewhere between English /b/ and /p/, depending on what element follows it. In your case it is followed by 니, which has a starting /n/ sound. The /n/ makes the /p/ pronounced like /m/ because of its effect on the lip movement. To understand this phenomenon, you can think of English words like "sharpness". If you pronounce it fast without concentration, it can sometimes come out like /shamness/ because /p/ needs the lips to be fully closed while /n/ requires it to be open. So if you make the transition sloppily, /p/ become /m/ which also has the lips closed but not as firmly.
