"another way" or "in another way"? Should I use "allow me to say it another way" or "allow me to say it in another way"? Is there any problem when I use "in" in front of "another way"?

In the context you have used, both versions are fine.

Leave out "in". The expression is "another way" I found another way to do it. If I knew another way to do it, I would! Let me phrase this another way.... the word "in" just gets in the way!
