fine and work
1. Is that fine for you or with you.
2. You can schedule for a time which works best with you or for you? is this sentence okay?
3. We shall schedule an interview or schedule for an interview? I mean sounds like it leaves out a time right? so the complete sentence should be let's schedule a time for an interview right?
1. Fine with you, not fine for you.
2. You can schedule a time that works best for you. Not “for a time.”
3. We shall schedule an interview, or we shall schedule a time for an interview — both OK.

"Is that fine for you?" could be used if someone is offering or performing a service for you e.g., adjusting your seat or a pillow behind your back, etc. to check to see if you're okay with the adjustment.
