What does 'have this right' mean here?
I'm reading a story where a prince is playing with his dice. When a boy approaches him and asks to show them, he says "No." and thinks: 'I don't want his fingers on them. I am the prince, however small. Do I not even have this right?"
What does 'have this right' mean here? Does it mean the dice are his own?
Thanks in advance.

Not necessarily. To be more precise, it means:
= the right to not want to have the boy's fingers around his dice e.g. the right to not have someone touch his dice.
