In general, how much informal can you be in business emails to your co-workers?
For example, can write in the following ways?
A) Hope u r doing well.
B) im sending you the instructions.

I always find that it is better to always be formal in the workplace. Even if you are friends, you never know when someone else will ask to have emails forwarded.
A. I hope you are doing well.
B. I am sending you the instructions.

No. Both of those are completely unacceptable. They make the writer look rude, lazy and stupid.
