Which Preposition Should be Used? I'd like to ask which preposition ( 'in' or 'from') I should use to fill the blank of the sentence 'Online courses allow learners to study _____ the comfort and convenience of their homes.' Some people use 'in', while some use 'from'. Are they both correct? If so, is there any difference in meaning between the two phrases 'in the comfort... homes' and 'from the comfort... homes'? Thank you in advance!

I think that both are OK. There is no real difference between them. There is possibly a very slight difference in emphasis between where you are located, and where you are doing something from, but most people would just ignore that anyway.
