What´s the difference between 如果 and 只要...就 I have a little confusion between this two sentences (and I´m not completely sure if the second is correct): 如果 and 只要 have a similar use, what do both of them exactly emphasize?

“只要” It is like bet. “如果” It is like consult. 如果 is more softer than 只要, also more mild. My English is not good, I hope you can understand.
