"I got beat up" x "I got beaten up" x "I was beat up" which one is correct?
I have heard many times "I got beat up" but it seems wrong. Is it "I got beaten up" or "I was beat up" the correct ones?

The only correct forms are "I was beaten up" and, more informally, "I got beaten up".
All of the others are non-standard. This is a passive construction, and passive constructions have to use the past participle of the verb, which in this case is "beaten".
Some ...shall we say...less educated people do use 'beat' instead of 'beaten', but I would not recommend you copy them.
