Raw eggs consists of two parts: yellow part and transparent part....how would you call these two parts?
yolk and egg white?

In ordinary speech, once it's clear that the subject is eggs, "the yolk" and "the white." If eggs haven't been mentioned, then "egg yolk" and "egg white."
Examples: "First crack the eggs, then separate the whites from the yolks."
"A meringue is made from sugar and egg whites."
"Egg yolk is nutritious, but high in fat."
