face/ face up to ?
I recently posted some sentences using the phrasal verb " face up to" However all the sentences written the post were corrected by some native speakers in a way saying that " face"
Guys could you explain the differences between these?

I don't really think there's a significant difference, but "face" seems almost always to be preferred.
"You have to face the facts."
"You have to face up to the facts."
Both are "correct", but the first sounds much more natural.
