Hi Kim
There is no such phrase in English. Perhaps someone is playing with the language and making up an expression?
Or perhaps they have made a mistake. There are two similar words/phrases which this might be.
1. the noun 'cheek' is connected to the noun 'face' because a cheek is part of a face - either side of the mouth and nose below the eyes. For example "He was embarrassed and his cheeks turned red."
2. the adjective 'cheeky' used with the noun 'face' means the person appears to be a little impolite, but often in a way which is funny or entertaining - so not always a negative thing. For example "I like that comedian with the cheeky face!"
