Ni hao Chong,
When you deal with something or juggle with it , in both cases you are trying to handle ,manage or manipulate something so as to achieve a particular end. But juggling involves more trickery and deceit than just dealing with something .It could also apply dealing with more than one thing simultaneously in an attempt to meet several competing requirements.
deal with :
He dealt successfully with the problem and solved it .
He knows how to deal with her ,when she is angry.
juggle :
Many women have to juggle the demands of family and career.
