Hello
Can someone explain me the difference:
I am going to play tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock.
I will play tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock
I will be playing tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock

They all mean the exact same thing. They can be used interchangeably.
As a native speaker, in casual conversation, most people would say "I'm going to play tennis tomorrow". If someone says "Can you come to the party?" You might answer "Oh I can't, I'll be playing tennis tomorrow.

All mean the same thing. What differs is that I take the meaning of each slightly different.
I am going to play tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock. - that is my plan it may or may not happen but i will try.
I will play tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock - I am going to this. This is more definite than the first.
I will be playing tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock - I definitely am going to do this. This is you are absolutely sure you will be doing it.
If I was saying this in conversation I would probably say the last one with more emphasis and inflection on will be. I WILL BE playing tennis tomorrow at 5 o'clock.

The GOING TO and WILL and ING future tenses
I am traveling ,,, this is accpeted at simple present progressive or continues
I am traveling THE NEXT MONTH ... this has a time clause attached to and now it is future but it is . not so serious or committing as ...
I will travel next .... So will ADDS more commitment or and emotion
i am going to travel ... is something that is in between the previous examples
When deciding which form of future to us remember that anglo cultures are generally more reserved
