don't ..neither..nor
Can I say neither in already negative sentences like:
1. I don't like that, neither yours nor his.
2. I don't see it neither on the table nor below.
Please advise, if the sentences make any sense. I most interested in us usage ( I don't think there's any difference but...sometimes grammar and real life usage are a bit different)

I don't like that, neither yours nor his. This is fine, neither one thing nor another.
I don't see it neither on the table nor below. This is a kind of double negative, it can be easily
understood and you might hear it in some dialects, but it should be...
I don't {or can't) see it either on the table or below.
