Hello Quianquian!
It depends on what you are trying to say... To 'go through' something (phrasal verb) means to revise or scan.
e.g.. "I need to go through the book and underline the phrasal verbs". So it's possible to say "I'll go through the website to see if there are any editorial mistakes"....But ONLY in this context.
If what you want to say is not in this context, perhaps you mean "use a website" or "log onto a website" or "subscribe to a website" or "connect to a website" or simply "go to a website". It depends on the context once again.
Try to be more specific when you ask a question so it's easier for us to help you.
All the best!
