Is this correct?
Hey All,
Just wondering if this phrase is fairly acceptable in English writing; if not, would give me some suggestions:
aiming at not overly burdening the users

""aiming to not overly burden the users...." or "hoping to not overly burden...." or "designed to not overly burden the users" are better suggestions.
We use "aim at" with nouns to mean 'directed at', for example "She's aiming at the window with her gun" or "that comment was directly aimed at the prime minister".
We also use 'aim for' with nouns to mean 'trying to achieve', for example "I'm aiming for the director position next year" or "she is aiming for a promotion" or "we're aiming for the mountain summit".
I hope this has been helpful!
