What is really different between finance and accounting?
Finance: is money management, including investment.
Accounting: make records for the profit and liability.
Is that right?

basically, it's correct. but remember that there's more to that.. they can be complex fields.

finance = money matters
accounting = book (record) keeping
very simple

Finance is about management of money.
As for accounting, pls refer to mike's answer. It's something about profit & loss.

finance involves decision making, whereas accounting is only record keeping.
