Software usually comes with installation and usage instructions. Some software is very complicated and not intuitive. Not intuitive means that a person can't just use their common sense in order to figure out how the software works. So this sentence is correct. Here is one example how that sentence can be interpreted, "Our software is great, but complicated so we provide training for our software."

The sentence means that 'we' prepare people (probably employees/customers) with using their computer software (aka computer programs). The sentence is correct as far as I can see, it should be understood by most English speakers. Hope this answers your question :D

I understand the source of confusion...they don't literally mean that they are going to train the software...but they'd provide training (for the users who use) the software. 为了使用我们软件,我们提供免费的培训班。
