What does "flake" means?
I saw this sentence in a movie: "He is a total flake", but when I searched this in (or ON, or AT, idk) Internet, I saw "To be such a flake" as well, and that FLAKE means an unreliable person... But it can means "selfish" too... How do you natives use this word? And "FLAKY" has the same meaning?
Tnks :)

He always changes his mind, he is so flakey.
