Priceless means 'beyond price': usually this refers to things that are very expensive - artworks, antiques, jewels etc. - but sometimes it is used metaphorically: my mother's sense of humour is priceless. Invaluable is an exaggerated way of saying 'very useful': my phone is invaluable, but it is not priceless.
