Difference between 이미, 벌써 and 미리?

- 이미 = already. Stresses that is is done and can't be changed. 그러기엔 이미 늦었어 (It's too late for that). - 벌써 = already. Implies that it is sooner than expected (a surprise). 벌써 다 했어? (Have you finished all already?) - 미리 = beforehand; in advance (often in preparation for something). 내일 필요한 것들을 미리 챙겨 놔 (Get those things now that you'll need tomorrow). 이미 and 벌써 refer to how something has already happened, for both intentional or unintended things. 미리 is always used for things you do intentionally. 벌써 has an element of surprise, while 이미 stresses it's now a thing of the past and can't be undone, and thus has a more serious feel. - 잠을 깨어 보니 벌써[이미] 해가 높이 떠 있었다. (벌써 is more natural). - 기차역에 도착했을 떄 열차는 이미 떠난 뒤였다. (이미 works better, although 벌써 may be used too). - 내일 아침엔 바쁠 테니까 오늘 저녁에 미리 다 준비해. (intention about future - can't use 벌써 or 이미).
