In general, "technical" means something like "precise" or "detailed". "Technological" refers to machinery or software.
Examples:
The technical term for that grammatical structure is "past perfect progressive".
I don't have enough technical knowledge yet to build a boat.
That book is so technical that only trained experts in the subject can understand it.
There have been many technological advances in the early part of the twenty-first century.
The technological solution to the problem would be to upgrade the machinery.
The two systems don't work together because of technological differences.
