Is it correct if i say i am tired of you, i am sad of you or any feeling?

'I am tired of you' is correct. 'I am sad of you' is not. You can say 'I am sad for you', which means that I feel pity or sympathy for you. Other examples: 'I am angry with you', 'I am bored with you', 'I am happy for you'. I guess that you need to know which prepositions collocate with which emotions.
