"Totally ignored" in Japanese
I was wondering what the phrase "totally ignored" would be, I thought 「完全無視」would sound strange.
Thank you in advanced.

I think this sounds fine. To put it in a sentence, such as "I was totally ignored," you might say:
私は完全に無視された。
however, simply saying the phrase "完全無視!" with tonal emphasis would get the point across as well and might have a stronger effect depending on the context.
