Cameltoe - The weather man Hi, I watched the movie "The weather man" and the overweight daughter of Nicholas Cage is nicknamed at school "cameltoe", so why in this context is this term derogatory? does it refer to the slang meaning or to the literal one of a "camel toe"? thank you

It's most likely referring to the fact that she HAS a cameltoe.. Not in the literal sense, she doesn't have an ACTUAL camel's toe, but... if you already know the slang term, that's it. She has one. I'm not sure how graphic I'm allowed to get on Italki, so I'll end it here.
