"Screwed up" is slang that means something is done incorrectly. So, in your example, the person is worried that the products will be made in the wrong way and will be defective.

It means l guess, that the products are going to get damaged, out of use.

screw has many meanings and is a verb and a noun.
Screw, used in this way, means to cause to become difficult or intense.
