Which is correct?
1) I have registered for the training programme.
2) I have registered with the training programme.

You register with an agency, so you can do work for them or something; I've registered with the clinic (to be a massage therapist or something)
You register for (to take) a course, etc, as a student/trainee.

1. This means that you have gone through the registration process to be admitted to a training program
2. You usually register with "someone" (an institute, university, agency, etc) for "something" (training program, language course, etc.)
