How would you define conjunction? and conjunct?

1)Conjunction are used to join clauses and sentences. There are 2 kinds of conjunctions, coordinate and subordinate.
a) coordinate conjuction= "and", "but" , "so"
b) subordinate conjunction = " because", "while", "since" , "after" , "if'
2) conjunct = associate with another

Conjunction = Joining together (this is a noun, it means that the parts are being joined together)
Conjunct = Joined together (this is an adjective, it means that the parts are already joined)
I don't believe that the word "conjuncion" exists in the English language.
If you need more information about this, post the question again and phrase it in a different way.
