Only the first one is correct. You marry a person: you don't marry 'to' a person. Who would you like to marry? I'd like to marry my childhood sweetheart. (NB We do use 'to' with the phrase 'get married to'. For example: Who did Bob get married to? He got married to his sister's best friend.)

Who do you want to marry? I want to marry her. She's married. Who's she married to? (not 'with') She's married to me! oh, I didn't know you were married! Yes, we got married a few months ago. :)
