Difference between "get yourself cleaned up" and "clean yourself up'
There is a quote from Red dead redemption game, when one character told another to clean blood from clothes: ''Get yourself cleaned up". Why wouldn't he say ''Clean yourself up''? What's the difference? Another example is " get yourself settled down'' vs ''settle down'' etc

'Clean yourself up' is an order / command.
Using 'get yourself' is slightly less aggressive, and more suggestive.

Both ways are correct and mean the exact same thing.
