They are all OK, but some are more common than others.
Don't throw litter, or 'don't litter' is perhaps more American English. Don't throw rubbish, is more British English.
Garbage is from houses. Garbage or trash is the waste made in houses and not the rubbish/litter that is made on the streets or parks, such as from food and drinks you eat in the streets, park or beach.
