Hello there. Well, both of them have the same meaning. مکنید= نکنید BUT, the point is that the first one (نکنید) is common in spoken Farsi and the second one (مکنید) is NOT. The second one has been frequently used in literature and poetry, and is not common in spoken Farsi at all. Hope my explanation will be helpful : )
