Answer

「人並み」は、人(他人)と同じように・・・の意味で、「人並みの生活」のように使います。
「人出」は、人（人間）が沢山いる状態を意味し、「今日の人出は、一万人でした」のように使います。
ちなみに、「人並み」と同じ発音で「人波」という言葉があり、こちらは、沢山の人がうごめいている様子を言い、「人波に、のまれる」とか「人波に、もまれる」のように使います。
