"count on" vs "bank on" vs "rely on"
Hi there,
Could someone please tell me the difference between the following three sentences?
1. If I were you, I wouldn't count on the delivery being here on time.
2. If I were you, I wouldn't bank on the delivery being here on time.
1. If I were you, I wouldn't rely on the delivery being here on time.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Thanks,
Nanako

They all have the same meaning, but if I where to actually use it in day to day life then I would be more likely to say the 1st one or the last one. I would rarely if ever say the 2nd one.

These sentences all convey the same meaning. If you check the dictionary for the definitions of count on/rely on/bank on, you can see that they are synonymous.
