What's the opposite of "a crowded/packed store"?
And what if there were just one or two people in the store?

I would say, "the store is empty".
For example, people who work in stores might say, "There weren't many customers tonight. The store was really empty".
Another alternative would be to say, "it was slow".
For example, the store owner might say, "I won't make much money tonight. It was a slow night".
