What does it mean? Can give any example?
Boustrophedon( "ox-turning"- that is, turning like oxen in plowing) every other line of writing is filliped or reveresed. Alternate lines in boustrophedon must be read in opposite directions.
Does it mean . One line is stright and the next is oposite? Also "oxen in plowing" refer to what?

Oxen is the plural of Ox - an animal which can be harnessed to a plough for farming.
Plowing is the American spelling of ploughing (pronounced the same "plowing"), which means to turn up the earth (for farming)
So oxen in ploughing refers to farming, where the oxen work in one direction, then turn and work back the other way in a parallel line, similar to how text is written in Boustrophedon.
