Is this correct? "He's not just some Jo off the streets"
"He's not just some Jo off the streets. He's a super man."
I'm not sure if I got it right
"Jo off the streets" that means ordinary people, a nobody or is it John?

Nope, you're right. It's actually "Joe" which is short for "average Joe" meaning "normal person," more or less. I will caution that this is an older saying, one not used too much these days.
