I was reading and I came across the phrase "eres la monda" and I couldn't find a translation for it. Is it something bad?

In my country (Colombia) the word (monda) is a bad word... but if a colombian tell u (eres la monda) it means that you are cool .. it's as if they told you you're (chevere)

That phrase can means one thing in colombia. In this country you can found it like an expression, "¡You're great!", "¡You're so cool!". Some people change that means for a bad expression. Like "You s*cks".
