Forgave or Forgive?
"You're talking to me, that means you forgave me, right?"
What if I say "forgive", is it the same meaning?
Thank you

Forgive is more correct, somehow. Probably because it refers to forgiving in present tense, not in past tense. Here, using present tense is more correct.

Forgive - Forgave - Forgiven ... Irregular verb
Depending on what you want to say you can use both forgive and forgave. Since you asked °right?° at the end it would be best to use Forgive.. (we are talking right now-present continuous) and you are kind of asking for forgiveness, like "so, you forgive me?" (we are all good now?). On the other hand, if you want to make a conclusion, you would use forgave. "You are talking to me" so it must mean that you "forgave" me for what I have done. It means that this person already forgave you in the past. He/she is not forgiving you in this moment, in the present.

Hi Tiger.
forgave = in the past, so "I forgave you" means it happened before now (yesterday, last week, last year)
forgive = in the present, so "I forgive you" meant it is happening right now
