Not sure what your question is....? Are you asking if you can replace 'with' with 'as'?

"With" introduces a phrase, while "as" introduces a dependent clause, so if you switched to "as," you would need to drop "that."
Also, "explain into" needs to be changed to "can be explained as" or some other phrase
