İlle : indicates insistence (ısrar, diretme)
Kesinlikle: indicates certainity (netlik, kesinlik)
İlle de : collocation
It has not got a counterpart but we can translate it like these:
1) İlle de gel dedi. (She "persistently" told me to come.
2) İlle de aşk( Still love/ love despite everything/ love anyway)
3)Yorgundular, ille (de) vuruşmaya devam ettiler.
(They were tired but they insistently continued to fight.)
(They were tired, but they continued to fight anyway.)
Kesinlikle: absolutely, definitely, certainly, exactly.
1)Kesinlike (olmaz!)
(No way!)
2)Kesinlikle hayır!
(Absolutely not!)
2) Kesinlike doğru!
(Definitely, it is true!)
3)Kesinlikle geleceğim.
(I will definitely come.)
4) Kesinlikle! (To show you agree with sb)
(Absolutely! Exactly! Definitely!)
5)Ona kesinlikle onu sevdiğini söylemelisin.
(You should "definitely" tell her that you love her.)
6)Bu konsere kesinlikle gitmeliyiz!
(We should definitely go to that concert!)
