The Asian Use of the Term "...Fighting" I noticed in some blogs that Korean, Chinese, and other Asians are using the term "fighting" in a different manner than Americans would. Such as: "Wonder Girls Fighting". Contextually , it seems like it means "rise to the top" or "your efforts will prevail". I was wondering if a native speaker or an advanced speaker can clarify the exact usage and meaning.

fighting here means "cheer" "to cheer somebody on".

i think we chinese people often use the word fight to express our determination or efforts to do sth that is difficult.
