"Inclusive" is an adjective that means "containing a variety of items" or "not excluding things." Examples: "The US is moving away from discrimination to create a more inclusive society." or "The price of the vacation was inclusive of food, drinks, accommodations, and activities."

The term "including" can refrence people,animals, and objects (etc.). While using the word "inclusive" is usually used while talking about groups of people. The differnce is the objects being spoken about.
