bot's reply vs reply from bot
Can you say "bot's reply" or is it wrong? It feels so wrong to use possessive 's with something inanimate. So, you should probably say "the reply from a bot" but not "bot's reply", right?
Or is it fine?

There's no problem with using a possessive with an inanimate object. Both "bot's reply" and "reply from a bot" are okay.
An alternative example would be something like "the room's furniture", "the tree's apples", or "the candle's light" to name a few.
