I always get confused in
1.has been and been
2.has verb+en after that can I use ing?
example : I has written asking
3.the tenses I should write in essay
example :when I write a story and the storyline is yesterday but I want to present the feeling at the moment can I use present tense?

1. "been" doesn't really work without "has". Typical sentences include:
"Where have you been?"
"What have you been doing?"
2. "has" does not belong in such a sentence. You should instead use "had":
"I had written, asking..."
"I wrote, asking..."
3. When expressing what you felt at that moment, you use the simple past tense:
"I wrote the essay yesterday after I sat down at my desk."
When expressing what you felt while something was happening, use verb+ing:
"While writing the essay, I felt inspired." (the verb+ing is always used with another verb, a past tense verb)

For question 3, using the present tense to narrate a story in the past occurs in spoken English, but is rarer in writing. "It's raining hard so I walk into this bar to stay dry. There's only one seat open so I take it..."
