How do you say “she cheated money out of me”?
You have an agreement with someone that you pay $100 per half-29-inch-suitcase.
She helped you took a quarter of suitcase stuffs, and you were supposed to pay $50. But she said she took half a suitcase, and insisted you pay $100 before you could see your stuffs.
How do you say “she cheated $50 out of you”?
If she took $50 more than she should have, then your expression is good, "she cheated $50 out of you/me/him/her". From your perspective, it would be "She cheated $50 out of me". An equivalent statement is, "She cheated ME out of $50".
